Industry leaders will explore how changes to efficiency in the workshop can lead to transformative results as part of a special aftersales panel discussion at Automotive Management Live.
Graeme Potts, Eden Motor Group chief executive, will be joined by Steve Nash, Institute of the Motor Industry (IMI) chief executive, as well as John Hogan, Co-founder & CEO, RWA Automotive.
Attendance to Automotive Management Live, in association with Phyron, is free of charge for dealers and OEMs who register in advance.
Potts (pictured left) will share tips from his experience running his multi-franchise dealer group, while Nash will also draw from his “many years in the aftesales space, both in retail and at OEMs, including 15 years as the BMW Group aftersales director.
Hogan will share how workshop teams and dealerships can harness the power of data to transform their approach.
Hogan said: “Workshops seeking a competitive advantage need to harness the power of data.
“By transforming raw information into actionable insights, they can streamline operations, enhance customer service, and drive growth.
“This data-driven approach not only meets current demands but also anticipates future trends, positioning them for long-term success.
“Through data analytics, workshops can achieve operational excellence and strategic foresight.”
Automotive retailers can now use the full agenda for Automotive Management Live to help plan their day, with access to over 30 speakers across four specialist theatres.
The four Strategy, Digital and Technology, Sales and Aftersales theatres will cover topics like omnichannel retailing, finance regulation, automation, artificial intelligence, succession planning, sustainability and more.
There will be a mix of panel discussions, fireside chats, presentations and all will feature interactive Q&A sessions where delegates can ask for guidance and advice.
Delegates can expect to hear inspiring and thought provoking ideas from senior retail directors at Vertu Motors, JCT600, Peter Vardy, Hendy Group, FOW Winsford and many more.
